Cenveo’s commitment to the well-being of our employees and providing exceptional service to our customers includes ongoing communication. At this time we do not foresee our ability to conduct business to be impacted by the recent spread of the coronavirus. As a global company, our onshore and offshore production capacity is sufficient to rapidly address potential staffing issues related to an epidemic.
Our production teams in the US and India are supported by a very large pool of remote knowledge associates, providing abundant resources to help manage volume fluctuations in key areas, or in a situation related to an epidemic. We have built redundant systems across our different sites with multiple shifts of cross-trained employees to allow for the flexibility to move work or mitigate changing priorities, spikes in volume, and staff shortages in any function or location. We have also undertaken environmental health measures for our facilities that include robust hygiene and wellness awareness programs, enhanced facility cleanliness and disinfection procedures, vigilant monitoring of flu-like symptoms, work-from-home flexibility, and mandated isolation for sick employees.
